When did you get started in Rocketry?

I started building mostly Centuri rocket kits when I was about 10 or 11 years old.  I launched them from my front yard in the late 1960’s.

How long have you been building model rockets?

I continued until by high school days, then picked it back up in the early 80’s.  Then a 3rd time in 2014 when I joined this club and added on high power rocketry!

What rocket did you fly (or plan to fly)  for your Level One?

I accomplished level one with a LOC IV on August 1, 2015. On September 29, 2018, I accomplished level two with the scratch rocket shown in the picture.

What if any rockets are you working on now?

IThis past year I built a few Estes kits but I am not currently working on a build.

What are your thoughts or goals for the club?

I hope to see the grow in 2023 and find an in-town launch site where we can involve more people including students and scouts.
